Neuroguide Clinical Parser

qEEG + cognitive-assessment platform for clinical neuroscience.

The problem it solved

Clinics juggle a Neuroguide qEEG report, separate cognitive batteries (CANTAB/COGBAT/Raven/WISC/Vienna), and Excel patient lists — there is no single, bilingual workflow tying them together. This platform does.

Similar problems it can solve

Any clinical-instrument workflow that mixes a vendor export with standardised assessments (sleep clinics, cardiology, audiology), bilingual clinical-desktop builds, and role-based clinic information systems.

A clinical desktop platform that turns Neuroguide qEEG exports into a complete patient workflow — and unifies the major standardised cognitive batteries (CANTAB, COGBAT, Raven, WISC, Vienna Test System) under one report-management roof. Patient records, multi-protocol settings, role-based access, brain-health and radar-report dashboards, all in a bilingual UI.

Overview

Neuroguide Clinical Parser is a clinical neuroscience desktop platform that goes well beyond parsing a qEEG export. It unifies the three things a real clinic needs into one bilingual application: structured qEEG analysis, the standardised cognitive batteries that clinicians actually run, and the patient-management workflow that wraps them.

One platform, many components

Under one WPF shell sit qEEG dashboards (BrainHealth, Compare, Norm, Radar reports and report management); cognitive batteries — CANTAB (Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery) with its own report management and Z-score standard, COGBAT, Ravens Progressive Matrices, WISC (Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children) and the Vienna Test System; patient management (PatientList, PatientPage, ReportDataBank); data tools (DataEngineering, DataCombination, MergeNCode); and a full role-based auth stack (Login, Register, Role, UserInRole, ChangePassword).

Engineering depth

It is built for a clinic, not a demo: multi-protocol settings, log/action auditing, deletion workflows, persistent report management, and a bilingual UI shipped with the IRANSans font so Persian renders properly alongside English.

Technology

WPF (.NET) with a custom report engine, role-based authentication, and integration with the Neuroguide qEEG export format and standardised cognitive-battery data.
