IMM — Immigration Legal-Tech
MOA, Mandamus & affidavit automation for IRCC.
The problem it solved
Immigration case work is document-heavy and repetitive — intake, OCR, drafting and tracking eat lawyer hours. This automates the pipeline end to end.

Overview
IMM is an end-to-end immigration legal-tech platform for Canadian federal-court work. It automates the document-heavy lifecycle of a case — from intake and OCR through drafting to case management — as one integrated suite rather than a collection of scripts.
One platform, many components
It unifies several projects: an MOA core and an MOA web app for Memorandum-of-Argument and Mandamus drafting, a document OCR core, an affidavit pipeline, and a CRM data-integration layer that ties case records together.
Engineering depth
Drafting is grounded in record evidence with citation-traceable, paragraph-keyed output; OCR turns scanned filings into structured data; and the affidavit pipeline plus CRM keep the whole matter — documents, evidence, deadlines — in one place. It is built to carry real cases, not demos.
Technology
ASP.NET Core (.NET 10), EF Core, SQL Server, and a document-OCR pipeline.
